Five questions to Naseer
Naseer, process manager at Saint-Gobain Sekurit
Please introduce yourself.
My name is Naseer, I am 39 years old and I am process manager at Saint-Gobain Sekurit in Herzogenrath. I started here in 1997 as an industrial electronics technician specializing in process automation, then moved into measurement and control technology, did my technician and completed an internal career program. In 2011, I participated in setting up a new plant and defining the processes. Back then and still today, this is a benchmark plant at Sekurit! It is the first line where we introduced WCM. For this we even received an award for the best plant in the world. In 2015, I took over 5 additional production lines and have since been responsible for almost 80 employees.
