V.I.E. Development Engineer (m/f/d) Automotive Glass – Process und Product Innovation

Your tasks

  • Support of the 'Supplier Development Management' for plastic films for the production of laminated safety glass
  • Collaboration in research and development projects
  • Takeover of work packages in research and development projects
  • Management of smaller projects (studies & tasks)
  • Preparation of various laminated products with the aim of product or process improvement
  • Coordination of the production of laminated samples and prototypes or small series
  • Coordination of the execution and documentation of tests and product validations of laminated products

Your profile

  • University degree, preferably with focus on physics, material science, metallurgy  or similar
  • You enjoy experimental work and have distinctive analytic thinking
  • Independent, self-driven and well-structured way of working
  • passionate and motivated team player and good communication skills
  • Language skills: Good written and spoken English required

About the V.I.E. program

The V.I.E. carries out his/her assignment in a French company operating overseas. Interns can work in a variety of domains.

  • The latest your assignment can start is on the day of your 29th birthday. No exceptions can be made.
  • You must have European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco)
