Functional Support Analyst (m/f/d)
Position descpription

Together with your colleagues from the Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for the support and rollout of the internal claims management application for the Glassdrive business worldwide

As Functional Support Analyst, your primary role will be to provide functional support to all Glassdrive countries using our Service Management tool Service-Now. You will be working in an Agile team of functional analysts and developers spread across multiple countries in Europe

You will have ownership of the operational management and be expected to keep user satisfaction at a high level
Required qualifications
- Educated at a Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3 years experience in Incident Management and Problem Management as well as experience in the coordination of the support activities
- Logical thinker, experience with troubleshooting root causes
- A solution-, service- and improvement-oriented attitude
- Team player, flexible attitude, highly motivated and committed
- Experience with SQL or data analysis, SAP and SAP interfaces, development in .NET or ITIL certification is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Good knowledge of an additional European language, such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek or Polish is a plus
