V.I.E. Development Engineer (m/f/d) Antenna Technology and Electronics
Your tasks
- Assistance in R&D projects and responsibility for work packages in the conception and development of connectivity solutions
- Design and simulation of antennas and electronic to be integrated in, or using, Saint-Gobain products
- Ideation of proof of concepts for connectivity solutions and coordinate the prototyping of demonstrators with an interdisciplinary team
- Support in automotive development projects
Your profile
- University degree in electric engineering and information technology, communications engineering, physics or other engineering field with demonstrated interest for connectivity technologies
- First contact with connectivity technology and RF measurement equipment (e.g., through courses at the university, labs, internship, etc.)
- Knowledge of antenna theory, design, analysis, construction, and test is a plus
- Background with RF Simulation software such as HFSS, CST, MATLAB, and/or other RF simulation tool is a plus
- Good English written and spoken
- Independent, self-driven and well-structured way of working
About the V.I.E. program
The V.I.E. carries out his/her assignment in a French company operating overseas. Interns can work in a variety of domains.
- The latest your assignment can start is on the day of your 29th birthday. No exceptions can be made.
- You must have European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco)
