V.I.E. (m/f/d) Rapid Prototyping Services

Your tasks

  • Collaborative development of innovative prototypes
    • Exchange with internal customers
    • Conception, design and planning of various prototypes (e.g. CAD, image processing software, etc..)
    • Implementation using diverse tools like 3D printer, laser cutter, CNC milling machine, PCB prototype machine, Vinyl cutter, CNC embroidery machine and many more
  • Development of an European prototyping service for various business units
    • Market research on rapid prototyping providers to complement internal competences, needs assessment at various business units
    • Development of a service tool for the processing of requests
    • Communication and marketing of the service and the tool

Your profile

  • University degree
  • Interest in prototype development, interdisciplinary work, technology and solutions
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn new software and tools for prototyping
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • CAD knowledge is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English, German is an advantage

About the V.I.E. program

The V.I.E. carries out his/her assignment in a French company operating overseas. Interns can work in a variety of domains.

  • The latest your assignment can start is on the day of your 29th birthday. No exceptions can be made.
  • You must have European nationality (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco)
